New Look m-commerce increases sales by 500%
High street fashion retailer, New Look, has seen a year on year increase in mobile sales of over 500% following the launch of its mobile site 3 months ago.
The site has seen an 800% increase in visitors and a rise in revenue of over 45% in the three months between April and July 2011.
Dom McBrien, multi-channel director for New Look said: “We’ve seen some incredible results since going live with our mobile internet site in April, totally exceeding initial KPI’s. Plus we have more plans in place over the coming months to ensure we are providing an outstanding multi-channel customer experience.”
The fully transactional site displays New Look’s full product range and includes “zoomable” product images and a one-click checkout for registered users.
